PED 168 Theory and Practice of Weight Training ◊
Theory and application of weight training include: muscular strength, power, and endurance. Factors of weight training include flexibility, body composition, lifting and spotting technique, program design and exercise mechanics, including biomechanics of skeletal and neuromuscular system.
