PED 115 Deep Water Exercise ◊
A buoyant, moderate to vigorous intensity workout to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Students should be able to tread water for one minute. May be repeated for a maximum of four accrued credits. (Spring 2020) (course fee required)
