HIA 120 Dining Room Service #

Students are assigned to stations or jobs in the demonstration/staff-dining area for supervised experience in operational procedures, with special emphasis placed on dining-room salesmanship, table service, guest relations, table setting and personal appearance. (course fee required) (Fall 2022)
