Computer Information Systems, Associate in Applied Science
Total Program Credits: 60-62
The Computer Information Systems concentrations are designed to provide students with the skills necessary to obtain a position in the specialties of networking, database design, game development and programming, and Linux system management.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Associate in Applied Science Degree in Computer Information Systems program, the graduate will be able to:
- Demonstrate technical literacy in computer information systems concepts.
- Apply programming and logic skills to solving problems.
- Utilize web technologies effectively.
- Use productivity software effectively.
- Present conclusions effectively, orally and in writing.
