CIS 102 Professional Information Technology and Computer Science
Prepares students for the CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) certification exam. Introduction to current skills, practices and platforms in Information Technology professions, including analysis, problem solving, abstraction and current platform technologies and frameworks in the areas of system architectures, networking and internet technologies, mobile devices, data storage and retrieval, software engineering, and information assurance. Students will be prepared for advanced study, practice and field work. (course fee required)
