PED 113 Aquacize ◊
Low impact, high energy challenge in shallow water to improve cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, balance and coordination. Students should be comfortable in shallow water. May be repeated for a maximum of four accrued credits. (Spring 2020) (course fee required)
