Students that pursue the Program Assistant Certificate program will be prepared to begin entry-level office positions. Students learn the skills and knowledge in office procedure and word processing, customer service and records management.

Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of the Program Assistant Certificate program, the graduate will be able to:

  1. Demonstrate proficient computer skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  2. Identify business accounting department practices.
  3. Assess current business practices, trends and customer service.
