Educational Technology Resource Center
The Educational Technology Resource Center (ETRC) supports Triton College students with all online/Blackboard courses. Student support services include multi-factor authentication (MFA), Blackboard orientation, student email, and student portal assistance. Students can contact the ETRC through email, telephone, walk-in and the online HELP form.
