Cardiopulmonary diagnostic modalities such as pulse oximetry, transcutaneous monitoring of oxygen and carbon dioxide, capnography, arterial blood gas analysis and quality control, radiologic interpretations, clinical laboratory studies, and indirect calorimetry.
