PED 206 Athletic Fitness #

Advanced athletic fitness class emphasizing the safe, effective, and efficient use of strength and cardio exercise programming to improve the six athletic components of fitness: agility, balance, coordination, speed, power, and reaction time.  May be repeated for a maximum of four accrued credits.
