Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of Sustainable Agriculture Certificate, graduates will be able to:
- Synthesize solutions to environmental issues cause by landscape practices.
- Create a landscape management plan to provide a healthier environment.
- Evaluate sustainable food production practices.
- Analyze methods of sustainable food production for improving nutrition.
- Discuss government policies and regulations which control the production of food.
- Appraise solutions to addressing the challenges of urban food production.
