Interpret and analyze rules and laws that govern commercial relationships; assess and analyze how the rules, regulations, and laws apply to corporations, negotiable instruments, real property, landlord-tenant disputes, trusts, wills, and anti-trust issues. Future business managers will also examine comparative law, which will compare and contrast the laws in different countries. (Spring 2020) (formerly BUS 162)
