Executive Assistant Certificate

(formerly Executive Administrative Assistant and Business Support Specialist)
Students interested in pursuing executive assistant positions in business today can pursue this certificate. The program will prepare students to assist executives in mid-size to large organizational environments. Business acumen skills will be developed in customer service, management and business, accounting, records management, and computer software applications. This program will also prepare them to take the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) exam.
Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships.
- Prepare written communications.
- Demonstrate basic financial tasks.
