HRT 270 Sustainable Landscape Practices
Background in sustainable landscape features and practices, such as soil and water conservation; appropriate plant selections, use of fertilizers and pesticides, with an emphasis on organic materials; reduced use of fossil fuels; infrastructure enhancements, such as green roofs and xeriscaping, and common landscape practices that have an adverse effect on the environment and solutions to these situations.
