Program Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of Sustainable Agriculture Certificate, graduates will be able to:
  • synthesize solutions to environmental issues cause by landscape practices;
  • create a landscape management plan to provide a healthier environment;
  • evaluate sustainable food production practices;
  • analyze methods of sustainable food production for improving nutrition;
  • discuss government policies and regulations which control the production of food; and
  • appraise solutions to addressing the challenges of urban food production.
