The Windows System Administrator certificate program prepares students through hands-on training to install, configure, administer, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows desktop and server systems and services to support the day-to-day management of small, medium, and enterprise network environments.

Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of the Windows System Administrator certificate program, the graduate will be able to:
- Assign and update security permissions and optimize and evaluate system performance.
- Install or upgrade Windows systems and servers and troubleshoot system and server errors.
- Assess the stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems.
- Manage and maintain the file servers and explain the latest security protocols.
